Terms & Conditions

Please note: this is template content for a demo store and is provided for information only — it is not legal advice. It must be reviewed and adapted by a qualified lawyer before you rely on it for a real business.

1 Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using lootstore.net ("LOOT", "we" or "us") you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the store. These terms apply to every visitor and registered customer and form a binding agreement between you and LOOT.

2 Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country, and able to enter into a binding contract to buy from LOOT. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when you register and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password and account credentials secure and for all activity under your account; contact us at [email protected] immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.

3 Products & digital delivery

LOOT sells digital gift cards, game top-ups and subscription codes that are delivered electronically — there is no physical shipping. After a successful payment your code is delivered to your LOOT account and, where applicable, to your registered email, usually within seconds. Delivery may occasionally be held for a short time while an order is checked for fraud or payment verification, and we release it as soon as that review is complete.

4 Pricing & payment

All prices are displayed and charged in Jordanian dinar (JOD). You can pay from your LOOT wallet balance or by card through a secure third-party payment processor; card details are entered with the processor and are not stored by us. Prices may change at any time, but a change never affects an order that is already confirmed, and any taxes or fees required by law are shown before you pay.

5 Refunds & code validity

Because you receive a working digital code immediately, all sales are final once a code has been revealed or delivered, and such orders cannot be refunded or exchanged. If a code is verifiably faulty or invalid and has never been used, we will replace it or issue a refund after verification. Regional availability, brand restrictions and expiry dates are set by the brand, not by LOOT, so please confirm your region and platform before you buy.

6 Wallet balance

You can top up your LOOT wallet to check out faster, and top-ups become store credit denominated in JOD. Wallet credit is non-transferable, carries no interest, and cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for cash — it can only be used to pay for purchases on LOOT. Please add funds only in the amounts you intend to spend in the store.

7 Gifts

Our gifting feature lets you buy a code and send it to someone else through a claim link or their email address. You are responsible for entering the correct recipient details; once a gift is claimed it is treated as delivered and used. Please do not use gifting to send spam or to deliver codes to anyone who has not agreed to receive them.

8 Acceptable use & fraud

You agree not to use LOOT for any fraudulent, abusive or unlawful purpose. This includes using stolen or unauthorized payment methods, filing bad-faith chargebacks, reselling or commercially exploiting codes without our written permission, and any automated, bulk or high-volume abuse of the store. Breaking these rules may lead to order cancellation, refusal of service, and the suspension or closure of your account.

9 Third-party brands

Product names, logos and trademarks such as PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, Google Play and Apple are the property of their respective owners. LOOT is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of these brands. All references to them are made for identification purposes only.

10 Intellectual property

The LOOT name, logo, website design, text, graphics and all other content are owned by LOOT or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the site only to browse and place orders for your own use. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish or create derivative works from any part of the store without our prior written consent.

11 Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The store and everything on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LOOT is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the store or from any code you buy. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order.

12 Suspension & termination

We may suspend, restrict or close your account, cancel an order, or withhold delivery if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, if an order is flagged for fraud, or where the law requires it. Where it is fair and lawful to do so, we will refund any amount paid for an affected order that was not delivered. You may stop using the store and ask us to close your account at any time.

13 Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our service, our products or the law. The current version is always posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. If you continue to use LOOT after a change takes effect, you accept the revised terms.

14 Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Jordan, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts, subject to those consumer rights. For any question about these terms, contact us at [email protected].
